Beyonce: Post Pregnancy!!!!

Finally, Beyonce has made her FIRST appearance since giving birth to Blue Ivy Carter! The new mom was out and about to support her husband Jay-Z at his Carnegie Hall concert tonight (February 6th).

Now, all we need is to get a glimpse of the baby...
